Graphite Used As Electrode Packaging & Shipping
The electrodes loaded in container are cross-fixed with high-strength nylon straps in all directions (back and forth, left and right), while at the bottom of the load the pallets is fixed with oblique wood wedge to prevent the pallets from moving.
According to our customers' requests, we also could provide other types of packing and loading.

Graphite electrodes are high-temperature, oxidation-resistant conductive materials produced through processes like crushing, batching, kneading, molding, roasting, impregnation, graphitization, and machining. They are made from petroleum coke (as aggregate) and coal tar (as a binder).
Graphite electrodes exhibit excellent electrical and thermal conductivity, high mechanical strength at elevated temperatures, low impurity content, and strong vibration resistance. These properties make them ideal for applications in electric arc furnaces, ore thermal furnaces, and resistance furnaces, where they are used for steelmaking, ferroalloy production, and more.
Depending on power and current requirements, graphite electrodes are categorized into ordinary power, high power, and ultra-high power types. They are available in diameters ranging from φ75 to 700 mm and can be customized to meet specific user needs.
